We're an ambitious group of banking, finance, trading and technology addicts, who have been through one too many meltdowns not to have learnt the only lesson worth taking: failing to learn from a crash is the only mistake.

When we saw the double dip in 2022, right after COVID sank financial markets in 2020, we looked ourselves in the eyes and thought, in unison - "This is it".
